Our digital course is structured to guide you through the process of creating a business plan for your private care home. Each module and lesson explains our choices and reasons for those choices in creating The Home at Baer Creek. The course also provides instruction on the processes we went through to make those choices, so that you are empowered to create your own home that is in alignment with who you are.
In our group coaching sessions, you can expect personalized guidance focused on your specific goals and challenges. We will work together to identify your strengths, develop actionable strategies, and provide ongoing support to help you stay accountable and motivated throughout your journey.
The digital course unfolds over three to four weeks. Rather than overload you with everything at once, the digital course modules become available about every three days. That way, you have enough time to do your own work in one area before advancing to the next.
Typically, our students engage in the coaching and community program for a year to support getting their home up and running and working through the first year of their new business. Most students continue to stay connected through the group coaching and community for life.
That's perfectly okay! And that's why our digital course and coaching program address multiple areas. From the uncertainty of transitioning from a W-2 employee to becoming an Entrepreneur, to creating a bona fide business plan, to creating your ideal strategy and brand, to budgeting and finance, to caring for your residents, to employees ... our digital course covers it all.
